Minimum numbers apply to each class (4 people) for them to proceed. Maximum 10 people in cake classes, and 11 for cupcake/ cookie classes/ parties.

Cake Craze reserves the right to postpone or cancel any classes when and where necessary if minimum numbers aren’t met, or in other circumstances pertaining to the class or teacher.

Classes are non-refundable, and if you do not attend a class without notice, you forfeit your class payment. If you cannot make the class and we are informed prior to the day of the class, you will receive a credit for the class, to be used on another class/es in the future, or in store.

In the case of postponement, your class credit will be transferred to the new date and time for that class. We will endeavour to reschedule any classes within 3-4 months of the previous date where applicable.

If we need to cancel a class for any reason (and it will not run in the near foreseeable future), we will base our decision about refunding on that particular situation and circumstances, and make our decision aware to you.
