Create an extended height (6 inches tall) Pineapple cake decorated with buttercream and coloured chocolate shards with brushed texture!
You will layer and ganache your 6 inch chocolate mud cake, create a semi-naked ganache finish, then cover in yellow buttercream and decorate with chocolate shards to give a textured pineapple look, then add the green chocolate stem to finish your cake.
All equipment, a light lunch and refreshments provided.
