In this intermediate class, you will create a 2 tier cake, the structure for the cake, learn how to stack your tiers safely for transport, etc. Decorating learning outcomes include lustre techniques, stencilling on a diagonal angle using Cake Craze stencils, over piping, piping borders, and creating small sugar roses to finish your cake.
The cakes are a 7″ round extended height base tier, with a 5″ top tier.
Pre-requisites: This is an intermediate class, so previous cake experience is required (ie: The Round or Square Basics class, or other similar class that incorporates basic/ foundation ganache and fondant techniques).
All equipment included, and lunch and refreshments supplied each day. Please bring an apron with you.
