In this foundation course you will learn everything from A-Z about preparing, layering, ganaching, covering and decorating a fondant cake (8 inch chocolate mud cake), just like a professional. You will also learn how to decorate a board and display your cake on the board in a professional way.
If you want to learn the best way to achieve a perfect ganache and fondant finish on a cake, then this class is for you! Learn all the little tips and tricks to making cake decorating and working with fondant easy and less time-consuming.
You will decorate your cake in a marbled fondant finish with metallic hand-painted accents.
* This class includes all equipment and 8″ mud cake for class, plus lunch and refreshments.
