This technique class incorporate:
– How to make ganache
– How to ganache a semi-naked cake
– How to fully ganache a cake with sharp edges
– PLUS you’ll then add a ganache drip to finish your cake (and of course you then get to take it home!)
You will work with a 6 inch round chocolate mud cake and dark chocolate ganache.
Everything supplied, including light refreshments. Please bring an apron and wear enclosed shoes.
